5/3/2006 Survive in Hell, Enjoy in DellA quarter has flied away since I joined DELL, and I really made a hit within this quarter! Till the day before yesterday, all the QTD data proves that I choose the right way and start the first step to top sales even my whole career.
Fortunately, I meet lots of young and energetic guys working around. Everyday, I could never be the first one coming to the office, but I am always one of the latest leving the company. All the coaches and managers are so nice and kind that you even cannot believe they are your leaders but friends!
What's more, everybody is equal to each other. There's no need for you to blandish your leader but all your detailed data talks! DELL is a great company famous for intense work and competetion. What you pay, what you get! Dell gives you a stage large enough to show yourself and there's no limitation of your performance if you want!
No time for breakfast or lunch, sleeping in the bus, I get exhausted after work of a whole day, nearly 12 hours, but I cannot help feeling happy and satisfied for I find my way, my direction. Beyond all doubt, it is worthy jumping from Accenture to Dell, no matter how much it takes, even 10 times. I really learnt a lot during the past quarter, now I can handle answering phones, replying mails and making gestures to others at the same time. With three quarters of top 30% during a year, one will get his chance for promotion. I get the top 10% at the QTD ranking though I started at a rather low level as greenhands. So, I can see clearly my feature in Dell.
I wish to travel alone after half or one year's work. Absolutely, Tibet is the best choice, for it is a tough but holy place, in fact, a great place for consideration and review of yourself. In the coming two or three quarters, crazy work is a must for me and I will cherish this period and opportunity. Today is the yesterday of tomorrow, with my perseverance and passion, I am entirely confident in myself and future.
